The UCLA Adult Kidney Transplant Team
includes specialists in:
Our team of specialists is supplemented by
experienced consultants in pathology, interventional radiology,
pulmonary and cardiac medicine, immunology and infectious
diseases, as well as the full services of the faculty and staff of
UCLA Medical Center. The team assumes responsibility for primary
care during hospitalization for the transplant and immediate
after-care, and remains an ongoing resource for transplant
patients and their primary care physicians.

How to Schedule Your Evaluation
Appointment at UCLA
Please call (310) 825-6836 to schedule an
appointment. Be prepared to provide the following information:
name, address, birth date, social security number and name of
referring physician.
The Transplant Clinic, where the
evaluation will take place, is located at 200 UCLA Medical
Plaza, Suite 300, across Westwood Blvd. from the UCLA Medical
Center. Parking is conveniently located in parking structures
beneath and directly behind the Medical Plaza. (See our location
map for more directions).
